How long does it take to receive the millix purchased in an order?
Order typically fulfilled within one hour. However, please allow for up to 3 business days for your order to get processed. If you have not received your order after 3 business days, please contact us at support@swapland.io. Swapland also advises to confirm with Paypal if your order was indeed placed.
Why is there a 5% service fee?
The service fee is used to cover transaction fees and operating costs. The 5% is calculated from the gift card value. For example, If you choose to purchase the $10.00 gift card, a 5% fee of $0.50 will be added at checkout, totaling the final sale price of $10.50.
Can I sell millix on swapland?
No. At the moment, swapland only sells millix. However, millix.com offers both purchase and sales of millix using bitcoin.
Is swapland safe and secure with my information?
Yes. Swampland uses PayPal to facilitate all bank transactions. Your bank information is never stored with swapland. Swapland only fulfills millix orders to customers.

Is swapland a legitimate millix vendor?
Yes. Swapland was built and founded by members of the millix foundation. The swapland management team has a deep understanding of the millix ecosystem and has been endorsed by Price Givens, founder of millix and tangled.
